- Confirmation receipt redemption should be 48 hours prior to the date the order is required.
- For physical confirmation receipt redemption, original printed confirmation receipt must be presented and surrendered upon redemption at the hotel’s Front Desk located at the main lobby.
- To redeem confirmation receipt via call, contact trunkline +632 8990 7888 or mobile number +63 998 570 0704 and provide your confirmation receipt number upon redemption.
- Customer to specify if orders will be for pick-up or delivered through a 3rd party delivery service.
- If 3rd party delivery service is arranged, the time of pick-up and name of the rider must be advised.
- If pick-up is preferred, the customer can pick up the orders at the hotel’s Front Desk located at the main lobby.
- Customer will shoulder the delivery cost of the order.
- Items not picked up on time will not be replaced.
- Once the order is placed, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or modified.
- Confirmation receipt is transferable and may be given as a gift to family and friends.
- Confirmation receipt is not exchangeable, refundable, and redeemable for cash or other products and services.
- Confirmation receipt cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, and offers.
- Guest must be an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member to be able to redeem this offer.
- Rates are inclusive of government taxes.
