- Cancellation or refund of prepaid orders is not allowed.
- Customer to specify if orders will be Curbside Pick-Up or delivered through a 3rd party delivery service.
- If 3rd party delivery service is arranged, the time of pick-up and name of the rider must be advised.

- Items not picked up will not be reheated nor replaced.
