- Confirmation receipt is valid only for 1 month, starting from the day of redemption. Starting date of redemption is between November 11, 2023 to February 28, 2024.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to redeem the confirmation receipt.
- Use of InBalance Fitness, InBalance Pool and Steam Room is subject to InBalance Wellness Guidelines.
- Membership and its inclusions are non-transferable.
- InBalance Fitness attended hours: Daily, 6AM to 11PM; unattended hours: 11:01PM to 5:59AM.
- Operating Hours: InBalance Pool is open daily from 6AM to 10PM.
- Prior reservation is highly encouraged when availing Personal Training Sessions.
- Original printed confirmation receipt must be presented and surrendered upon redemption. Photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
- Confirmation receipt is not exchangeable, refundable, and redeemable for cash or other products and services.
- Confirmation receipt cannot be in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, and other offers.
