- Rooms and bed types are subject to availability. Prior reservation is required.
- All non-staying guests must leave the room by 11PM. Otherwise, an extra person rate of PHP 2,500++ per person will be charged, inclusive of breakfast buffet at Food Exchange Manila and access to the Premier Lounge. A maximum of two additional adult guests is allowed.
- Guests may bring their own decorations, provided that these are not pasted or attached to the walls. Helium-inflated balloons and combustible materials are not allowed.
- Inclusions can only be availed on the duration of the stay & have separate terms and conditions.
- Once the booking is reserved, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or modified.

- Confirmation receipt must be presented and surrendered upon check-in. Photocopied confirmation receipt will not be accepted.
