• Rooms and the local resident rate are subject to availability. Prior reservation is required.
• A vaccination card (fully vaccinated) and valid ID are required to be presented upon check-in. Unvaccinated guests are required to present a negative RT PCR test result, valid 48 hours prior to arrival date.
• Promo is subject to change based on the latest government guidelines.
• Guest must present valid local ID or ACR upon check-in per room. 1 valid ID is only eligible to avail of 1 local residents’ room.
• No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time) on the day of arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
• Valid for stays until December 30, 2022. Blackout dates apply.
• Promo cannot be in conjunction with other existing offers.

For all guests coming with their Furbaby, we allow a maximum of 2 pets below 2 feet only for PHP 1,500 nett per night per pet.

Inclusions:

• 1 pet towel per pet
• 1 pet surface guard per pet
• 1 pet toy per pet (limited option for dogs or cats only)
• A dedicated Novopets Go Potty (Pet Relief) Area on the 7th floor

Please note that only 2 pets below 2 feet in height are permitted per room. We strictly do not allow exotic and endangered animals as pet companions in compliance with Republic Act No. 9147 known as the “Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act.”
