• Cancellation or refund of prepaid orders is not allowed.
• Customer to specify if orders will be Curbside Pick-Up or delivered through a 3rd party delivery service.
• If 3rd party delivery service is arranged, the time of pick-up and name of the rider must be advised.
• If Curbside Pick-Up is preferred, the customer can pick up the orders at the designated pick-up point located at the driveway of the hotel.
• Items not picked up will not be reheated nor replaced.
• For bulk orders, a lead time of 48 hours is recommended.
• Rates are inclusive of government taxes.
• In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
